What we collect when you contact us

• Contact forms (the pop-up form and the Contact page): your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your phone number, company, job title, the services you’re interested in and your message.
• AI Readiness Quiz: your name, email and quiz answers, plus the recommendations the quiz shows you.
• Checklist download: your name and email.

We use this information to reply to you and to prepare for any call you book with us.

Where it’s stored

Form details are saved in our database (Supabase) and emailed to us through our website host (Netlify), so we can get back to you quickly. If you book a call, such as the free Business Operations Audit, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: for example, which pages they visit, roughly where they are (city level), what device they use, how they found us, and whether they clicked buttons such as “Book a Business Audit”. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We don’t send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.

Videos

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. They play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.

The chat assistant

The chat on this site is a scripted helper that runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us or saved.

Things your browser remembers

The site keeps a few small settings in your own browser, such as whether you’ve already seen a pop-up or finished the quiz, so we don’t show you the same thing twice. These stay on your device.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information.

Your choices

Email contact@wit-solutions.io to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us, and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
